If possible, please give sufficient notice if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled so the slot can be potentially offered to another student.
 

Pay as You Go & Lesson Packages:
- Payment is required a minimum of 48 hours before a session or package commences, via bank transfer.

- Invoices will be provided for all payments.

- No refunds are available for PAYG (Pay as you Go) lessons or packages.

Cancellations:

​

- Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and not able to be rescheduled. The lesson will be considered used within the package.

- A no-show will also be treated as a used lesson and is non-refundable.

- If the session is cancelled by the tutor, no fee will be charged and you will not lose any lessons from your package/pay as you go system.

-Sessions can be rescheduled at the tutor's discretion.

Please Note:

Emergency cancellations are exempt from the general cancellation policy. Exceptions will be made in such cases.

 

Changes:

- The tutor reserves the right to update payment and cancellation policies with 30 days’ notice to clients.

- Existing packages will adhere to the policy in place at the time of purchase.
